Welcome to Creative Kids Sweet Art! For kids who love to be creative in the kitchen, this is the class for them! Children have a great time as they learn how to make and decorate an assortment of sweets such as a chocolate piece, a decorated cookie and a decorated cupcake. Treats may vary. This is a fun time for parent (or grandparent) and child. Each month there is a different theme for making edible treats. Class is for children ages 2 and up. For children younger than 9 years old, a parent needs to attend the class to help the child. For children 9 years and older, parents are welcome to attend but not required. Store is open after most classes. Check class times and store hours. **REFUND POLICY FOR CREATIVE KIDS SWEETART CLASSES ONLY: A full refund is given if you contact us to withdraw from the class 5 business days or more prior to the class. If your child is sick or an emergency occurs, PARTIAL REFUND (50%) or CREDIT (50%) is given if you cancel less than 5 business days before class date and up to class start time. A refund will not be given if you contact us after the class starts.

This cookie decorating class is perfect for beginners looking for a new hobby or those looking for a fun and new experience to share with friends. Come and decorate some cookies in a relaxed atmosphere, using basic royal icing techniques. Thinned Royal Icing (run sugar) is provided to create the smooth, delicate icing that often adorns cookies on the cover of magazines. Basics covered include icing consistency, piping techniques and bag control. You will leave with half a dozen decorated cookies and perhaps some inspiration to go home and make more! Class is 1 1/2 – 2 hours long depending on your experience. All tools and ingredients provided.

Join us in decorating some adorable cupcakes! We’re opening our classroom for you to stop in anytime between 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM to decorate some themed cupcakes. We’ll have a variety of flavors that you can mix or match with icing and embellishments for decorating. Bring along your someone special, bestie, or your entire family and make it a date. This is for anyone to participate, no experience necessary. We are here to assist you if you’ve never decorated cupcakes before. You can eat your cupcakes here or take them to go. *Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Save money and register early! Walk-ins are welcome although registered is preferred.

Prost! Join us as we partner with and celebrate The 2024 Fort Wayne Germanfest with a special cookie decorating class! Whether you’re a cookie decorating enthusiast or a beginner, this class promises fun, creativity and a taste of German heritage. In this 1-hour class, registered students will learn fun decorating techniques and decorate 3 German themed cookies – a traditional Lebkuchenherzen (gingerbread heart cookie), an Edelweiss Flower and what’s Germanfest without a Beer Stein! (Rootbeer Stein cookie design available for our younger German friends!) As always, Country Kitchen SweetArt provides all tools, ingredients, and supplies.

Country Kitchen SweetArt offers a variety of group classes that are fun and exciting for any group and for all ages. A minimum of ten students is required to schedule a group class. If you do not have the minimum number of students, you may still schedule the class; however, we require payment for the minimum of ten students. *Discounts available for multi-class groups of 50 or more. Speak to Classroom Manager for details. Classes are scheduled Monday through Saturday, depending on classroom and instructor availability. We recommend scheduling group classes as far in advance as possible to reserve a class date. Our classroom is available at no additional charge for 1 hour following your group class when your total group class cost is $150 or more. Subject to schedule availability.

DEPOSIT: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when you book the class to secure the date. The deposit amount is applied to the final payment and the final payment in full, along with the total number of students attending the class, is required no later than 5 business days prior to class date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We realize that cancellations occur. If your cancellation is made 5 business days or more prior to the class, we will happily give a refund for any amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit. If your cancellation is made less than 5 business days prior to the class, the class payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Adjustments for number of students will be made only if you notify us at least 5 business days prior to class date.

CHILDREN’S CLASSES: We are always happy to have groups of children attend classes, and our teachers enjoy showing them how to make different edible treats. Leaders of the group are expected to maintain discipline at all times. During the class, group leaders or parents may be asked to assist the teacher when needed. We want our classes to be a fun and enjoyable experience for the children, and we appreciate your understanding and assistance. Sweet Teasers Cost: $10.00 per student Class Length: 30 – 45 minutes Maximum # Students: *18 – 24 Ages: 5 – Adult Students learn to make 3 candy pieces including a painted chocolate sucker and 2 other treats.

Three Treats for Me Cost: $15.00 per student Class Length: 45 mins – 1 hr 15 mins Maximum # Students: *18 – 24 Ages: 5 – Adult Students learn how to make a chocolate piece, a decorated cookie and a decorated cupcake.

Creative Cookies Cost: $20.00 per student Class Length: 1 hr – 1hr 15 mins Maximum # Students: 18 Ages: 5 – Adult Students have fun decorating three cookies using a variety of decorating techniques.

Hey Baby Cakes Cost: $20.00 per student Class Length: 1 hr – 1hr 15 mins Maximum # Students: 18 Ages: 9 – Adult Students learn different decorating techniques to decorate three jumbo cupcakes.

I Want Candy!! Cost: $20.00 per student Class Length: 1 hr – 1hr 15 mins Maximum # Students: 18 Ages: 9 – Adult Students make six easy candies. Includes molded candy, dipped candy, barks and more.

The House Hansel Built (Seasonal Class) Cost: $20.00 per person Class Length: 1 – 1.5 hours Maximum # Students: *18 – 24 Ages: 4 – Adult Each student decorates a small preassembled gingerbread house using a large assortment of candy.

Country Kitchen SweetArt Party Package Cost: $225 for party honoree and nine guests (10 students). Additional students $20 each.
